| I don't feel like typing much...but today is the first anniversary of my father's death...in fact, that's the reason I got a xanga in the first place. As a means of venting my feelings.
My mind's returning to the event for the first time in a while...I'm beginning to feel weak and helpless again...and guilt. Terrible guilt. As it was in the beginning.
A parent's death is always tough...but I hope no one has to ever go through a death like that...such an ironic twist, it made me truly question the existance of God. Not so much his existance actually, more like...as if he was just trying to dick with me. (If you're curious as to how it was ironic, ask me about it.).
The support has been unbelievable today...more than on the actual day when it happened. Confuses me. No one knew about it until I brought it up again today.
Well...if you'll excuse me, I have to suppress some memories.

The club is immediately on the right hand side.
From London
403 to Hamilton | exit at Main St E | turn left onto Dundurn | turn right onto York Blvd | follow York Blvd to the corner of Queen and York | The club is on the right hand side
By GO BUS/HSR
If taking the GO Bus you will be left off at 36 Hunter St
Walk up James St to King st (walk towards Jackson square but walk left instead of going in the mall and you will see the bus stops)
Take the 1A King bus west and get off at queen st (you will see a La Luna Restaurant right as you get off) Walk along queen st (just get off the bus and walk down queen, dont cross king st thats the other direction!) and head down towards York Blvd. Turn left on york...
Fare is $2.10 one way
Copper Lounge is located in the basement of the Boulevard Billiards building at the corner of Queen St and York Blvd. The entrance is the same as the Boulevard Billiards entrance at the far right side of the front of the building facing onto York Blvd. |
